Brittany Witt has more than 10 years of professional experience, and throughout her career has held multiple dynamic roles enabling her to hone a diverse and unique skill set. In her most recent role as Consultant with the Advisory Board, Brittany was involved in a variety of initiatives across the firm’s physician services and value-based care terrains, emphasizing client service, subject-matter expertise and data-driven solutions to address Advisory Board members’ most pressing healthcare challenges.
As Consultant, Brittany worked closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop innovative and customized solutions. She served on a range of consulting projects focusing on patient access, medical group optimization, physician compensation, service line work and value-based care initiatives. She leveraged strong project management and communication skills to gather, distill and present data that reflects a client’s core problems, interpreting the most salient challenges they face. Her work was supplemented by consistent self-education and subject-matter knowledge of the latest healthcare trends, market dynamics, legislation and other relevant industry patterns.
Previously, Brittany held several other roles with Advisory Board, including Business Development Director, where she managed the day-to-day operations of the firm’s physician services consulting initiatives, which constituted approximately $20 million in annual revenue for the company. Brittany worked collaboratively with internal stakeholders across the organization to achieve business objectives, implemented overall firm strategy within the physician services terrain and drove adoption of practices to achieve enhanced revenue. Her work included quarterly sales and strategic marketing plans, as well as the creation of interactive collateral, blog posts, proposals and other content.
In her role as Development Director, Brittany oversaw and managed a nine-person team responsible for preparing proposals and project budgets, as well as tracking and reporting firm revenue. This work included research and development of new scopes of consulting services, market research against competitors and ongoing business development process enhancement. The Development team produced more than 800 proposals in 2014, with total contract value exceeding $157 million.
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
